With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, he recognized the challenges businesses face with fragmented hiring processes, inconsistent delivery, and limited recruitment accountability. Staffnexa was created to help organizations hire more effectively across blue collar, grey collar, and white collar roles through structured recruitment operations and technology-assisted execution.
